Anyone know how long it takes for Sky to pay/credit your account for a phone you have returned? Returned and received by them over 7 days ago

Hi @cathyb it seems to be taking 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed, so if it's still not there after that then call sky on 150 for help.

I have received my credit on my swap. So this only took just over 1 week.

Why when I use the swap option on my device I have to do a new credit check it doesn't state this in my contract so I'm unable to use the swap option because of this

A credit check is always carried out when a new device is ordered so why can't you not use the swap, are you failing this check ?
