      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just received a email saying I have a overdue payment however if I go into the app it's saying paid, I believe the issue is because it's a direct debit payment and I have manually paid it before it coming out, I believe it's messed up and is thinking I haven't paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i also have £93 in credit which I'm confused about as it's only gone up after I was trying to pay the bill after noticing it tried taking money out when I didn't have the money in my bank at the time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have also put £124 in payments because I was panicking and I trying to pay the bill thinking I haven't however I have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks Rees.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
