I have ordered a new mobile I phone 15 twice now, I still haven't received the handset. This is becoming really frustrating. Can you give me an update of when this phone will be with me.

Ordering it twice might be the problem if it's affecting your credit checks.

If you have ordered it twice you might end up with two of them if they both appear on your account via the link above so if this is the case you will need to call Sky to get one of them cancelled.
