      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to activate a new SIM card. The activation code sent to me with the new card is 6 figures. When I put in this 6 figure code it says the code must be a 7 figure code.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't ask for help on WhatsApp or via SMS number given on the help needed page as in both cases the message fails to be sent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
