&lt;P&gt;Frustrating as it sounds cancelling&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;your payment method is definitely not a good idea and it will cause you lots of additional problems as you've already seen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The relevant services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, the account can't be cancelled, late payment fees will be added monthly and then Sky will involve a debt recovery company which will affect your credit rating.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can only suggest you reset the payment method asap.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Urgent complaint - ongoing since October last year.&amp;nbsp; Swapped a phone and I'm still being charged for the phone.&amp;nbsp; I've stopped the direct debit as I am not paying for two phones.&amp;nbsp; Sky have now restricted my services.&amp;nbsp; I've contacted Sky several times but nobody can help me.&amp;nbsp; I've sent the proof of postage 4 times now - I'm at my wits end.&amp;nbsp; I can't even cancel.....&amp;nbsp; Anybody have any advice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This gives Sky 6 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
