    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm planning to end my contract as it has been fully paid for and start a new one with Sky. I attempted to buy a new phone w/ contract and put all my details + billing in... and nothing happened? No email confirmation nor any sign in the Sky Mobile app that any order has been placed. I waited the 2 hours suggested to see if it appeared and still nothing. Am I being impatient or did my order just never go through?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You will; have to call Sky to see if they can find the order as it isn't clear from what you have said if the order went through or not. I would leave this to tomorrow now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
