If this is a common problem why is it still happening

I cannot access my bank accounts

the telephone people keep escalating it but nothing happens

Have you checked your messaging app's spam folder for the OTP texts ?

I have reset the neteork

checked for any blocked numbers

made sure my phone number is in all the right places on settings

put airplane mode on and off

Reset phone switching it off and pressing volume button

taken sim out and in

turned off auto network and then turned off again

been on phone three times to sky passed on to six agents

been online chat

artificial intelligence says sky need to switch two step verification on or off

if AI knows what to go why don't sky

meanwhile I cannot access my bank

meanwhilr I get emails saying my complaint has been closed

presumably do underpaid agents don't get black marks

grrrrrr

Yes I checked that as well

i dudnt realise I had a spam folder on messages

i know more about my phone now than I ever did

At last it is solved and I can receive OTP from my banks

5 working days and a weekend without actually being told much by sky

except they have escalated the problem

Very poor communication by a communications industry giant!
