Was the pods offer one from Samsung where you had to put in a claim or that they are sent automatically, if the later then I should imagine Samsung will send them when they have stock available and once you have past the cooling off period of 31 days.

A lot of these 'extras' on offer are dispatched after the cooling off period to prevent some (shall we say less than honest) customers ordering the device and accessories then returning the phone in the cooling off period as "no longer wanted" but keeping the freebie.

I don't think they come with the order so to stop people getting them then cancelling their order and keeping these pods.
