      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ordered last week, still not arrived so clearly not bothered to send one out, and now live chat is not available how convenient,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The amount of money I pay for TV\Internet\Mobile and this is how I am treated!!&amp;nbsp; Wow,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this community just to have a rant or is there anyone here who can actually help!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even ordering the dam thing took me a whole entire morning, in order to pass thorugh security I was asked to go up into orbit and provide a serial number of one of Elon Musk's Starlink satelites, yes it was that inconvenient given that I was in work that day!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;A slight exaggeration I think. The agents have to be satisfied they are talking to the account holder so they usually ask you for the&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;previously agreed telephone password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Replacement SIM cards are dispatched by Royal Mail to the delay coukd be down to them especially with a bank holiday on Monday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Absolutely nowhere on sky website can you order a replacement sim it has to be done via live chat or over phone. &amp;nbsp;Which I done, and can't ring them while at work as I don't have a sim in my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will have to wait until live chat is back on reason for my post is to make everyone aware that sky are a complete and utter disgrace sorry I joined them but stuck now for 24 months&lt;/P&gt;</description>
