Last night I spent over an hour on the phone and the man assured me that it is all sorted and the refund would be in my account within a couple of hours&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is not the case and you have now taken £42.25 today.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;can someone call me to discuss please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
