      <description>&lt;P&gt;o2 and sky are billing me for my mobile number. sky said they would cancel my old provider and keep my number. they have not. o2 say sky hasn't cancelled . i am being billed by 2 companies! i can't get through to sky. o2 say they are not at fault and won't refund. i fear if i cancel i'll lose my phone number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4647088"&gt;@aj128&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; sky can't and don't cancel your O2 contract, it's up to you to do that either by calling and cancelling or if you want to keep your number you request a PAC from O2 and when you give that to Sky and it's used, your number is ported from O2 to Sky, closing your old account with them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
