Free buds4 pro with Samsung S26+

Hi, I've just upgraded my partner's phone to the S26+ which will be arriving tomorrow, however it said we can get free buds4 pro or galaxy watch8. The watch I know to go to samsung once I've got the code on the phone but it doesn't say how to claim the buds, it didn't have any option to add it to my basket and it's not growing on my order email which it stated it should, have I missed out on this or done something wrong to not get them?

Hi I ordered the Samsung ultra s26

Even though it clearly states you get a pair of buds 4 on the advert when I placed the order

Buds 4 Never was delivered

Spoke to sky on this

Said promo was finished

Said will get kept my solicitors letter in the morning as clear misrepresentation and contravines sales of good act 1984

In the end I cancelled the order as it wad a waste of time speaking to daleks at sky (several times I rung up)

None of them cared
