Did you get a PAC code from the non-Sky network your old number was on?

Is your old number on a Sky sim because if it is you have two options:

Either use a pac code to move them number to a PAYG network then get another one to move it back to your new Sky sim.

Just use the new Sky sim and if you have had the other one for more than 12 months then call Sky on 150 to cancel it.
