Order confirmation issue - iPhone 17 Pro

Hi, I placed an order for an iPhone 17 Pro more than 24 hours ago. €273 was reserved from my Bunq account, but I still have not received any confirmation email and the order does not appear in my Sky account. Could you please check if the order exists or if the payment authorization needs to be released?

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

As customers we have no insight into stock levels or delivery timescales.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

If nothing is appearing on your account then all you can do is to give Sky Ireland a call tomorrow.
