Hi, Electric Ireland customer service is an 1800 telephone number and I can't get through. Have unlimited calls and data sim package and 1800 is not a high call rate number do does anyone know what the issue is? Thank you.

Hi @Shelagh44 do you have your spend cap set at zero ? Although those calls should be free with your bundle having a monthly spend cap of zero may stop them working. Try setting it at a couple of € if it is set at zero.
