      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, Electric Ireland customer service is an 1800 telephone number and I can't get through. Have unlimited calls and data sim package and 1800 is not a high call rate number do does anyone know what the issue is? Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
