      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4683054"&gt;@Dannienewman&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, this can be common with iPhones and I've experienced this myself but here are a few things that worked for me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;First in settings tap your name then sign in and security and make sure your correct number is showing, then go back to settings, then apps, then phone and make sure your correct number is showing too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know it seems simple but give your phone a restart if you haven't already tried that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Still not working? Go to settings, apps facetime and turn it off, then go back to settings then apps then messages and turn off iMessage. Then restart your iPhone and go and turn them back on.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it's still not working you can try resetting your network settings, this will remove any saved wifi networks so you'll just need to reconnect to them. Go to settings, general, transfer or reset iphone, reset, then reset network settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you still need help I would get in touch with Apple Support or with Sky as they are best equipped to help you further.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also if you found this post useful please consider liking it and marking it as a solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
