Hello I received my delivery top was open on parcel I open it only ear phone and watch inside I believe the phone has not been released yet I hope this is case and y it's not in box

My phone was suppose to arrive Wednesday only watch and sim in the box no phone . Sky said it had been dispatched 3 days later still awaiting update .. is this usual process

Does the status of it appear here:

If it says here that it has dispatched then this means it is on it's way to the courier DPD who when they have it should send you an email with a one hour delivery slot. I should imagine the bank holiday the start of the week has delayed things like this.

States all delivered but I did not receive the phone there was no returns slip either in the box ... awaiting update from investigation teams but not heard anything
