As we are customers here we can not get you a replacement sim sent so as you have internet access you could try using one of the social media links at the bottom of this page and there is also a messaging service at the bottom of this page:

Select - No, I still need help >No, I want to get in touch > tick both boxes > Get in touch.

This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.

Can you confirm you need a replacement sim with the same number?

Are you the Sky Mobile account holder and do you still have access to the primary mobile phone number?

If you are we may be able to get you some help via the Community Messaging Team on here.

Let us know if you wish to try that after confirming the above otherwise you'll need to call Sky.
