Samsung VIP Diamond offers not working. Again !!!!

Again I cannot seem to order the Samsung S26 on Sky VIP diamond for £25 instead of £30 it keeps coming up as £30? Online chat too be honest are very pleasant but they can't see the deal and cannot help. Can someone from Sky please advise?
