Hi ya just got a s26 ultra ive upgraded from s23 ultra which had the same issue when I got it, what it's doing is when it's on WiFi it's connected to network soon as I turn WiFi off or leave the house it's going straight to emergency calls only if I take the sim back out and put it back in the s23 it works. When I had this issue the the s23 I was told to got to sim menu and turn on sky settings this doesn't work on 26 ultra
