I have recently switched from EE to sky and cannot get OTP codes for some banking apps. I have called but been ignored

what can I do

What did they actually say to you on the call as this will need investigating by someone within one of the teams at Sky if no OTP texts are coming through.

They basically fobbed me off telling me there was nothing wrong from their end

I am only with them for a few more weeks so I will be switching.
im not very happ With their responses

I can't receive any SMS, and experiencing the same from support that they have decided there's nothing wrong their end, so it must be my fault. Very poor service.

Yes I will be demanding my contract end if they cannot sort this out
