    <description>&lt;P&gt;You do not need to be making manual payments like what you have done as you should have something&amp;nbsp;like a direct debit a or a card setup so that Sky can take it automatically from you each month.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you overpaid then does any credit show up against what will be your next bill ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a direct debt where it takes out of my card but I don't use that card so no money was in that card I paid it off another card that's not direct debt. I checked and it still says next payment is the same. How could I get the £60 back or will that pay for my next phone bill?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A direct debit is taken directly from your bank account so a card plays no part in it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this overpayment is showing via your account then until it is then it can not be refunded back to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
