I haven't agreed to this as I was only calling to retrieve PAC codes foe leaving the service. I therefore don't understand why these emails have been sent. I don't wish to stay with Sky therefore don't require a new plan. Can you also support me to gain the PAC code for one of the mobiles as I was disconnected as the same point every time I went to retrieve the code they required.
