Disgusting customer service!!

I've called today in regards to my phone internet not working I'm also experiencing my calls being cut off for no reason I was on the phone for over 10 minutes and barely spoke to the adviser can this be sorted or am I leaving sky as this service is shocking

I tried that this morning and I also called sky themself and they had me on the phone for over 10 mins and all I did was answer security questions and my signal been bad for months now sky is a joke
