Hi,

I recently ordered a Xiaomi 15T 5G that was supposed to come with a Xiaomi Sound Outdoor Speaker. The speaker wasn't delivered with the phone.

Is there somewhere I should be contacting directly, or do I have to wait for something else?

What were the terms of the offer? Quite often the promotion is direct to the manufacturer and you have to claim.

Thanks for the quick help.

Weird way to figure this out, but went to order the phone again, in case I missed something - I had:

Right at the bottom is a link to "To redeem this offer visit www.skymobileredemption.ie and submit your claim within 30 days of purchase."

Followed that and I was able to claim.

Strange that it wasn't sent as part of the initial purchase

Not really - it's quite normal for a claim direct to the manufacturer....
