Hi @Nasreen786 if you have had the sim more than 12 months then call sky to cancel it. If you cancel it then that number will be lost. Less than 12 months and there would be early termination charges. You can't just cancel a mobile phone agreement, you must pay that.

If it a phone contract you want to end then you can only do this if you have had the device for 31 days or less, if you have had it longer then you would be unable to do this unless you pay off what you owe against in full.
