    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes got a laptop not working and trying to get it replaced.&amp;nbsp; Started the process on 6th April.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;After speaking to multiple people and being lied to at least twice they promised to send packaging to replace.&amp;nbsp; I am still waiting 4 days later.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I guess if it doesnt come today and i am not giving much hope with bank holiday it will be Tuesday IF its been sent.&amp;nbsp; I doubt it has so I need to call again and go through all the hassle of explalning things&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else waiting on an urgent reply from Sky mobile regarding a complaint&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what on earth has happened to this company&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No one knows what they are talking about and they have created a huge mess with my mobile account and completely messed up my billing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sky will then have up to &lt;STRONG&gt;6 weeks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My experience continues as I have been promised a replacement and this will happen when I send old laptop back.&amp;nbsp; They promised to send me packaging to do this.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have not received.&amp;nbsp; I am now chasing but despite speaking to around 10 people no one can tell me any more or help so I am in limbo.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
