Once the return has been processed&amp;nbsp;the amount you have paid you should be either refunded back to you or appear on your bill as a credit that you can be refunded and should this happen we can arrange some help for you via here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having made contact and cancelled the agreement and received the required document I returned my mobile phone via the post office unopened in the box it was delivered in. This is because I was not informed that I would have to pay £485 to treminate contreact with previous supplier. I was very disappointed to see a direct debit payment taken by yourselves today.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
