topic Port from Vodafone in Sky Mobile

Transferred to Skymobile on 14 Feb, number ported from Vodafone on 17 Feb. I can dial out ok, my number appears as my ported number in the receivers phone. When they call me the call fails with a "number not recognised" message. This happens from all land lines and non-sky mobiles (skymobile users can call me no problem).

approx 10 calls to skymobile technical support and still not resolved.

was initially an eSIM, have been sent a physical SIM as well and nothing works. Have been through all the trouble shooting many many times... it is not a reset network settings issue!!

I will probably need to leave sky but worried I won't be able to port to a new provider as the port hasn't worked this time.

any ideas?
