    <description>&lt;P&gt;I believe it is a known problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wasted two hours on the phone today. I got passed between 8 different people. They don't know what they are doing then just give up and pass you to another department, any department they don't care as long as they can get rid of you. I got passed to the billing department twice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After an hour on the phone two days ago I was told it was being escalated. Today I found out that although the notes mentioned it being passed over to a backend team the agent had not actually actioned it so nothing had been done or would have ever been done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have to wait now till Tuesday before I can call back and see if anything is being done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason I've stopped being able to receive any security confirmation codes from any company!? I can use a work around for those that offer a WhatsApp text alternative but otherwise I can't login to my accounts with those that don't. I've tried all of the iPhone fix options but none of them work. The only online suggestion left is that the nextwork provider spam filter is blocking them. Can anyone get through to Sky mobile?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, thanks for the tip, it turns out that it's a known sky software issue that can only be resolved during the working week. I've seen online that it can be linked to an issue with their spam filters.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Hopefully this will help others struggling with this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It would be my suspicion that what you have received is an automated reply generated because you haven't been given a solution yet. It's very common for companies such as sky to use a huge amount of automation as part of their customer services to make it look like they care.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been told that the issue will defenatly be fixed by Tuesday. The problem is the word definitely has a different cultural meaning from call centres based in India.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
