      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently applied for a Sky Mobile device and paid an upfront cost of &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;£104&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; after an initial soft credit check. However, I subsequently failed the hard credit check and the order was cancelled by Sky.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The refund for the £104 has been applied to my account as a &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;credit balance&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;, but because the order was cancelled, I do not have an active Sky Mobile account or any monthly bills to pay.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like this money refunded to my &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;original payment method (bank account)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; rather than sitting as a credit. Could a member of the team please help me process a manual refund?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Many thanks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
