    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been complaining since September 25 about my inability to go beyond basic account checks on my mobile account , as soon as I look to Swop any of my three devices my account reverts to account has been closed . They take my money every month and I have full service . This all started when I closed my sky glass account and reverted back to sky Q anyone else have the same issue . When I complain im told it will be elevated to a back office and I hear nothing .&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This gives Sky 8 weeks to resolve this issue and if they do not you can ask for a deadlock letter to take it further.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
