Having recently moved into Northwood HA6 I have observed that Sky mobile signal coverage in this area and .upro 0.5miles surrounding area is extremely poor. Has anyone else experienced this as well? This is causing serious issue to us.

Presumably your device is 5G compatible and you have added the 5G add-on is there any relevant information showing on this link?

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/service-status-sky-mobile

It may disclose a nearby mast issue. In case you aren't aware Sky don't own or maintain any mobile masts so if there is an issue you and others in the area will be relying on a third party fix.
