Hello please I ordered a Samsung galaxy A37 yesterday night, I just want to ask you guys to open it as am sending it back home to Afize for my dad to use, there for need to use his own SIM card and provider

You are talking to just other customers here and not Sky.

Even if you were talking to Sky nobody will open it as you want as it is send from a warehouse to you of which Sky themselves do not handle the device.

Hi @Sonia110 all mobiles supplied by sky are unlocked and can be used with any network sim if that's what you mean.

It been days they sent me a tracking number but have not receive it yet, I chat with sod agent they said I should raise a investigation as to why my parcel have not been scan yet for delivery been more than 3 days

They said I should contact Sky and they will raise an investigation, so have done that with Sky they said they will get back to me within 5 working days

since the device I order got stolen from the DPD deport center, I need a refund of the upfront payment and how can I cancel this contract??

The investigation into what's happened to the device will take more than a couple of days. You will need to discuss with Sky whether cancellation is possible whilst this investigation is taking place.

Hello I already discuss with them they said it have been reported as lost, they asking me to do another reorder which I have to pay another upfront , I said no let me receive my refund first for the first payment I did, or why can't they just sent another device out for delivery

It's all about timing... if you order another device then you'll be paying for two whilst they investigate.

Otherwise, you have to wait until that investigation completes but could

take many weeks.
