      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;P&gt;I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Sky Mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am extremely disappointed that £23 has been taken from my account over the past 10 months for a SIM-only contract, without any prior renewal notification. This lack of communication is unacceptable and feels misleading. To make matters worse, other network providers offer similar contracts and data for around £9, making this even more frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition, the customer service I received has been the worst I have experienced in the UK—unhelpful, unresponsive, and difficult to deal with.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it were possible, I would give a negative rating.       <description>&lt;P&gt;You wouldn't have been notified afaik about your contract coming to an end, it would continue on a monthly rolling contract. I would suggest calling to see if there are any offers &amp;amp; if not then check other operators for better deals then ask Sky for a pac code &amp;amp; give this to your new provider.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I moved to Smarty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
