Hi All

New to Sky mobile here.

At my home address Sky is only able to deliver one bar signal to my IPhone 15 plus, outside and inside the house. Only 700 meters due south of my house the signal is at 5 bars and speed is adequate. I am constantly on WiFi calling and turning off my network as frankly it's pointless having it on. Would Sky or O2 investigate the mast. I believe this is a localised coverage fault on my road caused by a misaligned or under-performing mast sector. Signal drops from 5 bars to 1 bar within 700 metres. This is not a device issue - it's a cell performance fault.

I raised this complaint with Sky. I was told it will take a week to investigate. One week on and then I receive an email that my case is closed. Poor service and frankly not good enough. If Sky is using O2 masts then they need to ensure good signal.

Ajaja

I reached out to Sky twice, they opened an investigation and closed them both with a resolution or update! It's shocking how bad is their mobile division. Oh well

It's why I moved from Sky near the end of my contract & moved to Smarty - coverage looked fine of the map but was poor in practice, no mast problems & Sky didn't seem interested in helping when I reported it.
