I changed my plan and now my total bill is £53 but £56.50 is deducted from my account this month as well ... and bank said to contact to sky mobile

Hi @Sneha25 look at your bills in your account then if you still can't figure it out call sky on 150 for help.

The bill might cover more than the usual 4 weeks as it might cover the period from the date change plus the next 4 weeks so is this what shows on your bill via the MySky app.
