A few days passes and still no sign, contacted DPD who stated they were unable to locate the item but won't admit they lost it. Was told to contact say which I did, was promise a call back within 72 hours, no call back came, I contacted sky again last week to be told its hadn't been raised correctly and they would sort it and id receive a call within 72 hpurs, shocker, the call never came.
