Hi @Maahi1 your aren't talking to sky CS here, mainly fellow customers. Your first bill will be higher due to it covering a longer period. Check your future bills and if they are higher than what you agreed then call sky on 150 for help. You have a 31 day cooling off period in which you can leave penalty free.

@Maahi1 All charges are detailed within your bills, have you checked for any out of plan charges.

It should be noted that unless your within the 30 day cool off then the minimum term of 12 month will apply.

Hi I'm being charged for a phone I don't have. You've been trying to sort it for 9 months now. I want my complaint esculated to the highest team and the phone removed from my bill, along with associated over charges credited. 9 months, not days or weeks, months Paula

This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers. You haven’t actually contacted Sky by posting on here.

Once a formal complaint has been lodged Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or you can then request a deadlock letter potentially allowing you to take it further.
