&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;"The proof of usage is your email with the IMEl number on it which you got when you first took the device. That is what insurance companies need. So you need to ask for that, not proof of usage as in the bills."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So look for your credit agreement which will be in your message centre:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>I didn't use sim and insurance sky company ask for itemised usage data then they review the claim how and in my bill section no data usage how I solve this problem</description>

It should read&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;So you need to&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;look&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;for that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000000"&gt;not ask for that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
