Hi, I'm out of contract and I see the same plan I'm on reduced to 12.99. How do I change to the 12.99 plan ? Regards, Conor

Plan for what? Could you be seeing an offer only available to new customers?

It would be my mobile plan. It could be for new customers but when I go to the mobile section of the mysky app it's advertised.

...and the terms are likely to say for additional SIM's (With a new number).

There is a protracted way but requires you to port your number out of the network and back in again. (If you want to keep your number)

There is a €12.99 plan on the ROI site @PandJ2020 This customer must be based there. Same principle will still apply.
