Why am I paying sim plan when my iPad is paid off. I don't need the date. Please removed the £11

Hi @JPenfold this isn't sky CS so no one here can do that. To cancel a sim you need to call sky. You can call on 150 from a sky sim.

You might have paid off the iPad but the sim is separate so you continue paying for this unless you contact Sky to cancel it and you can do this anytime after you have had it for 12 months or more.
