    <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a Apple 17 pro, was told the e simm would activate, it didnt . &amp;nbsp;I was then sent a physical simm, I followed the instructions on the simm card and it took me to an e simm activation instead which did not work. &amp;nbsp;I was put in touch with an engineer who told me to delete the e simm on the phone which I have done and now it will not make or recieve calls or texts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is the third week I have had this phone, I have been billed for something that doesnt work&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I work 8-6 and live in an area with limited coverage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The engineer took my activation code when I messaged him but still no working phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pouting_face:"&gt;😡&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
