I have been charged for a device that I do not own, this problem is been going on since 19 of december 2025. Sky moblie had blocked my account due outstanding payment that I am not going to pay

Hard to comment without the back story but withholding payment doesn't usually help...

Have you had a phone call in the past - say around Nov or early Dec last year - offering a discount on your bills?
