I'm having constant data/network issues. I believe my SIM needs to be reprovisioned as my partner who I live with is on 02/Sky and is having no issues with network. I've never experienced such issues in the past. My network keeps disconnecting and says no service/disconnected when looking at my SIM status when switching to data. It also says "Emergency Calls Only" when I'm not on WIFI. This happens at home, when out and about and also at work. I doubt mast issues to be the problem as my partner would also encounter the same issue. I was with Sky then switched to SMARTY, then recently switched back to Sky again and the issues have since been non stop. I've tried all trouble shooting methods following online tips and instructions from Sky themselves and nothing has worked so far. It's been around 3 weeks since having these issues and it's very frustrating. I've been told by Sky that a mast is down in my area where I live, but the problem persists where ever I go and switching my phone on/off along with airplane more and data options (3G-4G-5G etc) doesn't work. Is anybody else experiencing similar issues?

Have you tried sending the Sky settings to your device via your Mobile account? If not then I'd try that.

Otherwise compare both phones' settings to see if there's anything different - vpn app, antivirus software app.

I've not had the same problem but have had problems with connection outdoors with little to zero internet. In the end I moved to smarty & had 5G in places I couldn't get a 4G connection. I wouldn't return to Sky.

So when I go to SIM Manager on WIFI it shows my phone number, when I switch to data it says "unknown number". When on WIFI the network is SKY and my Service State is "In service". When turning off WIFI and switching to data the Network states "Emergency Calls Only" and the Mobile Network state is "Disconnected". Service state also says "Out of service". If I leave home it works again for a short time before dropping out of service again for the majority of the time. I'm also experiencing this when at work despite having no issues in the past. . My partner is on the same network and is experiencing no issues when in the same location as me at the same time.

This all appears to point to a network authentication issue (not a phone issue) and my SIM identity is not properly registered on the mobile network. I've raised a case with SKY and am waiting for a call back, but whilst I'm waiting I hope they fully reprovision my SIM and ensure my number is re-registered across all network systems in the meantime.

Sounds like a replacement sim is the first step.
Have you turned the phone off then on?

If you use a sim from a different network does it work?
If a physical sim - if you put your husband's sim in your phone does it work or not? And if you put your sim in his phone does the problem remain?

My partner is using an eSIM so we cannot swap unfortunately. I was with SMARTY for around 2 weeks just before reverting back to Sky, and this is where the issues started. I went through 3 new SIM's with SMARTY (none solved the network issue) so I terminated the service with them, then swiftly went back to Sky and am still encountering the same issues with the Data side of things and can only use the internet/make calls/send messages when on WIFI or when the data randomly decides to work (about 10% of the time switching between working and Emergency Calls Only)

I did this with SMARTY before cancelling the service after around 2 weeks of being with them (they sent me 3 new SIMS during this time and it still didn't resolve the network issue). I'm now facing the same exact issue being back with Sky (I originally left Sky to secure a better deal, but in terms of connectivity I didn't have any problems comparead to what I'm experiencing now).

If you had the same problem with two different providers then that would suggest the problem is the phone rather than the sim imo.

Have you tried resetting the network settings? I have an iPhone so can only advise for that:
Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Rest>Reset Network Settings. You'll have to set up any WiFi connection again so ensure you have that information beforehand.

I've tried all of that. I moved away from Sky (no network or phone issues at this point) due to high bills and moved over to SMARTY. This is then where the network issue bagan. After backwards and forwards and 3 new SIM's later from SMARTY, I then left and went back to Sky on a better deal than previously. The network issue has persisted ever since.
