    <description>&lt;P&gt;I set my phone up over a month ago and it gave me a primary and secondary number but they where the same number that had been moved over from my old provider. I had issues then with calls not going through but it was manageable and as it's impossible to get through to sky. It got worse the other day and I was not receiving iMessages rant would receive some but not others but they where all coming through on my watch. My partner tried to fix it and deleted the secondary number and now I have no calls, texts or 5g&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved.
