I live in East Yorkshire & recently joined Sky Mobile. I only have 4G away from a WiFi connection & am unable to make or receive calls or texts.
I rang Sky & they said it's a mast problem & should be fixed within 3-5 working days.
from what I've seen on here it seems to be an ongoing problem, am I right?? Should I stick with Sky mobile??
Thanks for any input

Sky don't own or maintain any masts so you and others nearby are going to be waiting for a third party repair. There's a good chance other providers also use that same mast so the issue won't only be affecting Sky mobile customers.

I'm just wondering how long this problem has been ongoing. Is it worth paying for a service I'm not receiving??

Well you can't withhold payment but when the mast has been repaired call Sky and see if they'll credit your Sky Mobile account for the time you've had a limited service but they're under no obligation to do so.
