    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Finally today I received an email from sky that they received my phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I called them on Monday to ask if they had received it and they said no but they made a note on their computer that i had returned it last week.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then just so happens today they had received it and everything has gone through ok. Thank you for your help xxx&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have received my upgrade mobile phone and posted my old mobile phone back which was 4 days ago now but I am worried they haven't received it as my bill says I am still paying for it and it still means they have received my old phone. I don't want to be paying for 2 phones. What shall I do?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Nothing. Phones returned as part of a swap will take longer than 4 days to be processed, checked for damage, checked that all personal information has been removed from it and then its valuation confirmed. In the meantime it does mean that both for being paid for which will be rectified in due course.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
