Charging isssue

Earlier I had an issue that my charging port and wire got burnt . I contacted your team so they said I need to contact Apple support .i did that I fixed my phone now I am facing different issue that my phone is not charging after 80% . Please I want to replace my phone or I want to cancel the contract .

Hi @Hariprasanth have a look at the link below for Skys repair procedure. They aren't just going to send you a new one or let you leave your contract without first checking the device. How old is it ?

Depending on what phone it is some have a software setting to prevent the battery charging past 80% to increase the lifespan of the battery. (Or the software is using a charge pattern to prevent charging to 100% at the current time to reduce battery wear)
