Cannot pay off accessory agreements

I'm trying to pay off 2 accessory agreements, but I'm receiving this error: "

The page you're looking for could not be found

The link you used may be out of date or the address may have been typed incorrectly. Please check and try again."

It's the same outcome whether I use the MySky app or via a web browser.

I've been trying for a few days now, and I'm always getting the same error.

Calling Customer Services just takes me round in circles, and the call is ended.

You'll need to persevere in calling.
